Shipping Methods

For all orders, we provide FREE shipping all over the world with EMS, TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. All parcels will be held for picking up if it cant be delivered. Therefore, please provide us with correct and detailed shipping address for the delivery. The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Shipping Time

Your order will be confirmed in 24 hours and handled in 48 hours, and 5-7 business days to your destination normally. It will take us another 3 days to customize your items when they are out of stock. We do not process your order on weekends or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Meanwhile, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, carrier complications.

If you do have a deadline for delivery please leave a message when placing the order or consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.


The status of your parcel is online traceable. After your items are dispatched, the online tracking number and link will be sent to your email and be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email, because the package may not have been processed by express company or the tracking information not been updated in time. If you cant track your parcel after 3 days, please feel easy to contact us.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for a reasonable reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final. Refunds for items returned within 60 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. All shipment charges within or after 60 days will be borne solely by the purchaser and an additional USD 30.00 per item will be deducted from the refund credited in for of original payment method or merchandise credit.

If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number.Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS, FedEx or EMS. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.

Original condition means that there are in original packaging ( with box),no lost parts, no scratches, no marks or blemishes on the watch and the security tags are still attached. The watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.

We will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 60 days from delivery date.

(2.) A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded;
(3.) The reason for the return of the products.
